Orly#Velvet Rope這色尚未擦上TOP COAT表面比較粗糙，有亮粉的顆粒感

The appearance of Orly #velvet rope is rough before applying top coat as a result of the sliver glitter.

擦上TOP COAT之後表面變得非常平滑光亮

After applying the Seche Vite top coat, the appearance become very smooth and glossy

這是我第一次使用快乾油，是買Orly2瓶380的贈品
非常的驚艷真的可以一分鐘讓指甲表面乾燥，且擦上後指甲像玻璃一樣亮

可是這罐有很重的溶劑氣味，超級臭!!!
且質地非常非常的濃稠很難塗勻
雖然可以讓指甲油很快乾但不會考慮回購

看了makeupalley上面的心得發現，這罐的成分對孕婦有害!!!!
會導致小孩有缺陷~真是太可怕了
所以我打算要去買MAVALA的快乾油~收到之後會再上來寫心得

This is my very first time to use dry fast top coat. It's a free gift  from purchasing Orly at 2 for NTD380.

I'm so surprised that it really drys my nailpolish in about 1 minute and it leaves a glass-like finish.

However, solvent in this top coat smells HORRIBLE, and the consistency is too thick to apply.

Though it does dry nailpolish fast, I won't buy this product in the future.

After reading some reviews on MUA, I was shocked that the ingredient in this top coat may cause birth defect in preganent women.
So....I decided to order MAVADRY, and I'll draft review for that then.
